Food and Drink
No food or drink may be taken beyond the lobby.
Only water in spill-proof containers may be taken beyond the lobby.
Court can be reserved up to 24 hours in advance.
Court is available in 1 hour time slots.
You must provide your own equipment.
Eye protection must be worn.
Towels can be rented at the Front Desk for $1.00 per towel.
Towel drop is located on the side of the Front Desk.
The Cardio Center hours are the same as the Facility Hours.
Reservations are required for use on the treadmills and elliptical cross-trainers.
You may only make a reservation during the same time as your workout; no advance reservations.
Reservations will be forfeited after 5 minutes of tardiness or nonuse; according to the clock in the Cardio Center.
Children ages 11 and 12 may use the equipment ONLY under parental supervision.
Children ages 13 through 15 may take a fitness safety orientation class offered on Saturdays so they may workout by themselves.
Strength and Toning Center
The Strength and Toning Center hours are the same as the Facility Hours.
Please observe common courtesy when using equipment.
No jeans may be worn on the equipment.
No bags may be taken into the Strength and Toning Center.
Children ages 11 and 12 may use the equipment ONLY under parental supervision and in possession of a yellow orientation card.
Children ages 13 through 15 are allowed in the Strength and Cardio Centers without parental supervision after they have completed the youth orientation class and are in possession of the green orientation card.
There are 2 sets of locker rooms: Youth/Non-member (located in the front) and Adult (located in the back).
Locks may not be left on lockers over night (unless it is a rental locker in Adult locker rooms).
Members must be at least 18 years of age to use Adult locker rooms.
Children must be accompanied by a parent of the same gender in the Adult locker rooms.
Children of different gender than parent may accompany their parent if they are under the age of 5.
