Group Exercise

We have something for every age and fitness levels. For a current schedule of group exercise classes and class descriptions, please pick up a copy from the lobby. Description of some of our popular classes is listed below:

Low Impact Zumba: Fun class which is ideal for beginners, seniors and anyone who prefers a slower Zumba class. Come enjoy rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Tango, Cha Cha and other exciting rhythms and dances. Helps improve balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular.

Boot Camp for Everyone: Circuit training, strength and cardio. Class is for all fitness levels.

Silversneakers: We offer 3 classes a week. Class uses bands, weights and silver sneaker balls to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Zumba: High energy fun class moving to Latin music.

WILL POWER HOUR: Parkinson’s Fitness class will include exercises specifically designed to target the impairments related top Parkinson’s. DELAY THE DESEASE!


Personal Training

Whether you are an elite athlete training for competition or simply someone who wants to look and feel better, our certified personal trainers can design a specific program to meet your individual needs and goals. Age 11 and up (ages 11-16 must have completed their youth fitness appointment prior to registration).

Youth Fitness Programs

This program is for youth ages 11-16 years old and is free to all members. Program is mandatory for youth before using both the weight room and cardio room.

All must sign up for an appointment with a trainer at the Front Desk. Upon completion of their appointment they will be issued a Yellow or Blue admittance card.

Medical & Wellness Evaluations

Your health and well-being is important to you, your loved ones and the Y. Our wellness coaches can help evaluate your current health and fitness status and help you set realistic personal goals. Evaluations include blood pressure screenings, body fat testing, fitness testing.


Martial Arts

This program will help provide life skills needed to face the day to day struggles. Thru courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self discipline, and self control: these traits will help with life skills needed to succeed.  This is a monthly program that is at an additional cost to your membership.  We would love program participants and members come check out what marital arts is all about.  You can come up to two times to class at no cost to you.
