We have something for every age and fitness levels. For a current schedule of group exercise classes and class descriptions, please pick up a copy from the lobby. Description of some of our popular classes is listed below:
Strong by Zumba: HIIT training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.
Zumba: An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Silversneakers: We offer 4 classes a week. Class uses bands, weights and silver sneaker balls to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

WILL POWER HOUR: Parkinson’s Fitness class will include exercises specifically designed to target the impairments related top Parkinson’s. DELAY THE DESEASE!
Whether you are an elite athlete training for competition or simply someone who wants to look and feel better, our certified personal trainers can design a specific program to meet your individual needs and goals. Age 11 and up (ages 11-16 must have completed their youth fitness appointment prior to registration).
Youth Fitness Programs
This program is for youth ages 11-16 years old and is free to all members. Program is mandatory for youth before using both the weight room and cardio room.
All must sign up for an appointment with a trainer at the Front Desk. Upon completion of their appointment they will be issued a Yellow or Blue admittance card.
Medical & Wellness Evaluations
Your health and well-being is important to you, your loved ones and the Y. Our wellness coaches can help evaluate your current health and fitness status and help you set realistic personal goals. Evaluations include blood pressure screenings, body fat testing, fitness testing.
